Illness and Rehabilitation

Relieve The Symptoms of Illness and Rehabilitation
Where you’re at…
You are experiencing feelings of despair. You are in pain from your illness or medical ailment. Perhaps you are feeling there is no respite from your condition. You fear you may never recover or, if you do, you wonder if you’ll ever be fully fit again.
The problems you have right now…
You worry that your illness will:

  • Adversely affect your relationships with your loved ones
  • Change, in a negative way , how you see yourself
  • Make you worry about what the future hold for me
What you need help with right now…
You want to be more composed, able to overcome distractions and fears, and feel confident throughout your rehabilitation. If your illness is terminal, you need help with processing the stages, reducing anxiety and fear, and making the transition easier and more comfortable for you and your loved ones to bear.
How I can help you relieve the symptoms of Illness and start to rehabilitate
We will start with a taster session to understand where you are now and what you would like to achieve. I will explain how the mind works and how the conscious and subconscious minds work together. I will also explain how hypnosis works to allow you to access your subconscious mind creating positive changes and enabling you to focus on your treatment and rehabilitation with more confidence. This positive mindset will help you prepare for impending cancer treatments or other medical procedures.

Initially we will assess your current emotions so that we can measure the progress you and your subconscious mind make. Every session will include hypnosis specifically tailored to your needs to improve and enhance your mental attitude, which will help you relax, remove anxieties and boost your confidence and self-belief.

Once your subconscious mind has indicated there is nothing holding you back, all that remains is to enable you to engage your mind in a constructive way using suggestion therapy to help you manage your pain, and transform the way you approach your illness and rehabilitation.
