Each session will include hypnosis specifically tailored to your needs. This will involve positive suggestions to your subconscious mind, creating an overall feeling of calmness and acceptance of your body changes. Some light exercise, yoga, pilates or meditation are excellent activities to complement your therapy.
Menopause is not an illness or a disease; it’s the end of one phase and the beginning of another — and it can be a positive phase if you want it to be.
